1. Stephen¹ McCarthy was born December 26, 1924. Stephen died January 28, 1995 at 70 years of age.

He married Kathleen (Kay) (Doherty) McCarthy. Kathleen was born August 23, 1929. She is the daughter of Charles Doherty and Nellie (Ellen) (Campbell) Doherty.

Stephen McCarthy and Kathleen (Kay) (Doherty) McCarthy had the following children:

+ 2 i. Philip² McCarthy was born April 28, 1953.

3 ii. Ellen (McCarthy) Reinhart was born January 17, 1955. She married Roger Reinhart November 6, 1976. Roger was born February 3, 1953. (See Roger Reinhart for the continuation of this line.)

+ 4 iii. Stephen McCarthy was born April 21, 1958.

5 iv. Joseph McCarthy was born August 30, 1960.

6 v. Maryanne McCarthy was born November 9, 1965.
